Hello! I’m Mario. I believe that every ceremony is a reflection of the people at the heart of it. Whether you are celebrating the start of a marriage, honoring a life well-lived, or hosting a significant event, my mission is simple: to make your ceremony authentic, stress-free, and memorable.
My Journey
With over 16 years of experience and more than 500 ceremonies conducted, I have dedicated my career to solemnizing weddings and guiding families through life’s most significant milestones.
My path to becoming a celebrant was a conscious choice to transition from a long career in IT Executive leadership. While my corporate background gave me the organizational precision and public speaking skills required to run a seamless event, my heart was always elsewhere. I wanted to give back to the community and move into a role that was more personal, more human, and centered on connection.
Experience & Authority
I pride myself on being more than just a celebrant; I am a professional committed to the highest standards of our industry. I had the privilege of serving as the President of Celebrants Australia Inc. for 12 years. This role allowed me to mentor newer celebrants, champion industry professionalism, and stay at the forefront of changing legislation and wedding trends. When you work with me, you are getting an expert who knows exactly how to handle the legal and ceremonial complexities of your day.
The Person Behind the Ceremony
Beyond the paperwork and the formalities, I am a romantic at heart. In the past, I found great joy in coaching ballroom dancing. Teaching dance taught me about the courage, confidence, and trust required between two people—qualities that I love to bring into the wedding ceremonies I officiate today.
